Monapoly Enterprises is an interstate commerce revitalization firm that provides commercial real estate consulting, business brokerage services, as well as aerotropolis real estate development support (airport land projects).  We target retail and commercial development projects in underdeveloped areas of metropolitan cities.

Company History

Monapoly Enterprises was established in 2013 on the principle of economic development.  Our mission is to become a trusted advisor with the developing communities we serve and to our clients and investment partners while meeting their real estate and ROI needs; guiding their decisions and negotiating transactions to increase their revenue portfolios.  We leverage 25 years of experience in developing market strategies and business development initiatives in several industries, including Public Administration, Education, Wholesale Trade, Construction, Insurance, Retail Trade, and Health Care sectors.

We have partnered on the following deals: Industrial acquisition; Landlord and tenant representation; a Mountain Resort conversion & disposition project; Business Brokerage –disposition and acquisition of personal care home, asset valuation and merger of life expectancy underwriting corporation; Business Office Park disposition, Land disposition, Airport Hangar valuation and disposition, and Venture capital funding projects.
